After several iterations of the WeissGuy, we’ve got a Bavarian wheat beer that we’re quite proud of. We brew the WeissGuy with a touch of orange and coriander to give it a mild citrusy flair. The German-style yeast gives aromas of clove, banana and grapefruit that are just right. With a complex, subtle flavor and a surprisingly clean finish, this is fine beer if we do say so ourselves.
