Drafty Kilt Scotch Ale

drafty kiltIf Scotsman could talk, they’d tell us not to make fun of their kilts. Then, when they drank our Drafty Kilt Scotch Ale, they would apologize and tell us that all is forgiven. Why?

Because this beer is manly enough to drink in a skirt. The brews of Scotland are traditionally malty and sweet, with relatively low bitterness, as the climate of Scotland is not conducive to growing hops. We took tradition to the nth degree - the Drafty Kilt is brewed with roasted barley and peat-smoked malt for a dark, sweet body and moderate smoky flavors. With a high final gravity and 6-8 weeks of conditioning in secondary fermentation, the final product is a full, rich beer that’s incredibly drinkable.
