Brewing is tentatively a go
So we really want to brew tonight. Trouble is I’m still too sick and Jeff is probably going to be “working” (playing video games) late. Which leaves brewing in the capable hands of Joel. We’re looking for a few good men and/or women to help Joel out with transfers and dry hopping and brewing and whatnot. He’ll be attempting a slightly less alcoholic version of our Drafty Kilt Scotch Ale (moving from 9% down to 6%). A true experiment.
If you can help out tonight, go ahead and send Joel an email. I’ll spend these next couple hours teaching Joel how to check said email. And please, if you do show up, make sure Joel doesn’t pee in the mash or anything. Jeff is nervous.
