Tonight, We Brew

We’ll be brewing our famous Weiss Guy Hefe tonight with an added variation: Belgian Yeast.  We just found out our CO2 tanks are both dead so it’s BYOB or BYOCO2T (Bring Your Own CO2 Tank).

    Wow, for all the brewing you guys do, you’re certainly having a lot of excuses NOT to serve beer!
