Joel desecrates our Drafty Kilt Scotch Ale

In true Joel fashion, our Drafty Kilt Scotch Ale has been rendered undrinkable. That’s not to say it isn’t eatable… Because it is indeed frozen. Joel came over to take measurements of our chest freezer, which has been converted into a fermentation chamber. Unfortunately, he took the temperature sensor out of the freezer and neglected to put it back in, so the freezer was going full throttle all up in our beer. The result?
