Tuesday morning roundup
We brewed The-Stout-Formerly-Known-As-Lumberjack last night. Aside from longer than usual wait getting the temperature down cool enough to pitch the yeast, all went well. There was some whining (Joel), but no one died.
We also busted out our second conical fermenter (see pic above), which was exciting to say the least. Oh, haven’t had enough pics yet? Well my friend, we’ve got a little treat for you (see pic below).
In other news, my father has loaned us his PA system. Can anyone say Bryan Adams Karaoke?

I went out to the Blichmann site. I have to laugh as they call their product “Fermenator” (rhymes with “Terminator”).
I can see Ahnold in the commercial closing with the slogan “I’ll be Bock!”
