Wow, I was really whiny yesterday. Kind of like the Dashboard Confessional of beer brewing. For this I apologize.

Yes, that is a sink full of foam. We put Walter on Exploding Beer Duty, and he willingly emptied out the rest of our crappy California Common at risk of life and limb. Apparently this wasn’t enough danger for our boy Walter, so he decided to shake up one of the already volatile brews. And it exploded all over the kitchen. Oh, Walter… You are adorable…
