LLC time…
As Jeff, Joel and I sat around Joel’s porch last night after a record night of brewing firsts (including the earliest end time to date and the quickest fermentation known to man), we decided that it was finally time to get serious about brewing.
But seriously, we decided it was high time we established ourselves as a legal entity. Thanks to the help of Chris, a lawyer and Monday Night Brewery attendee, we are currently in the process of filing our LLC papers. We are so OFFICIAL.
