Our Patron Saint
Anyone who has come by brewing on Monday night has undoubtedly heard the sweet, melodic croonings of our patron 80’s pop saint and muse, Bryan Adams. There’s nothing like starting the mash to “Run to You”, starting the sparge with “Everything I Do” echoing around the porch, or tossing in that first handful of bittering hops to “Summer of ‘69.”
Terrell Gilbert, a friend of the brewery, recently made a priceless ($3.00) donation to the brewing cause - a near mint condition record of Bryan Adam’s 1984 “Reckless.” We’re saving a special spot on the future brewery wall to frame the record.
