It’s Monday!
My favorite day of the week has finally arrived! We have a very busy evening ahead of us so if you want to join us your help would be greatly appreciated.
Brewing - 10 gal of the Weiss Guy - plan to use fresh orange zest this time as a new experiment
Bottling - 10 gal of the Swashchuckler IPA - maybe even 15 gal so it’s gonna be a busy evening.
Drinking - I just finished adding the taps to the kegerator this weekend (I’ll attach pictures from this evening) so this will be the maiden voyage of my new double tap beer tower. Tonight I’ll have the Swaschchuckler and the Base Jumper both on tap.
Should be a fun evening…come if you can make it!
